Guardian Recovery Services provides professional property restoration services, including but not limited to water damage mitigation, fire and smoke remediation, mold removal, and air duct cleaning. All information on this website is for general informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

 

**2. Appointments & Estimates**

Requests for appointments submitted through our website are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or phone call from a Guardian Recovery Services representative. All service estimates are non-binding and may change following an on-site inspection and assessment.

 

**3. Payment Terms**

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other forms of payment as outlined by our billing department.

 

**4. Cancellations & Rescheduling**

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service fee.

 

**5. Limitation of Liability**

While we strive to provide safe, high-quality, and professional restoration services, Guardian Recovery Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
