I am a father of one, to Iszabela. Originally from humbled beginnings from the Fairgrounds area of Detroit MI. Through my vigilant approach against racism and the nourishment of an open mind. Ive been able to relate and work with people from all walks of life. I’ve lived in Hawaii, California, Seattle and of course Michigan and have owned a record company (power moves entertainment) jewelry stores, insurance restoration companies and most importantly have a strong family.

Mary is a wife, mother of 2 and Grandmother of 4. She is a die hard Guardian fan and employee. Mary has been in the restoration business as a Guardian family member since the company began 18 years ago. Mary is a strong pillar of the Guardian family because she keeps everything financial in order for the company. Her customer service is unmatched because Mary is pleasant, courteous and genuinely nice. She also keeps us all in good health by providing good things to eat and encouraging we all eat lots of fruits and veggies.

Terisa is a mom of 3 with 20 years clerical and administrative experience in various industries. She has been a dedicated member of the Guardian family for 4 years. Terisa enjoys a variety of arts in crafts in her spare time, including painting and she also enjoys spending time with her family. Terisa is a key part of the Guardian team because she assists on the back end of company operations. She is also the friendly voice you will hear when you call our ad lines.

Tom is a Father of 1 who enjoys carpentry and working on cars in his spare time. Tom has worked in the restoration industry for 18 years and has a dedicated Guardian family member for 6 years. Tom is a vital part of the Guardian team because of his experience but also because of how thorough and meticulous he is on any project he takes on.

Laron (LB) is the father of 5. Laron has been in the restoration industry for 14 years and dedicated member of the Guardian family for the same number of years. Laron enjoys fishing, spending time with his children and vintage cars. LB is an essential part of the Guardian team because he is a very hard worker and will work until the project is completed.

Ron is a husband and father of 3. He has been in the restoration industry for 14 years and has been a trusted and dedicated member of the Guardian family for 7 years. Ron enjoys hunting and fishing trips and also enjoys relaxing days golfing with his golfing club. Ron is a huge part of Guardian and is the reason why so many of our customers are happy with our services. Ron helps the customer to the end of the project, whether it is a mold or water damage project that requires repairs, he is there until the end and ensures the satisfaction of our valued customers.

Justin has 7 years of experience in the restoration industry and has been a dedicated member of the Guardian family for 3 years. Justin enjoys fishing and international travel in his spare time. He is an important part of the Guardian team because of his hard work. In every project Justin touches, his aim is always to do an excellent job and leave the customer in a clean and sanitized space.

Zackary has been a dedicated member of the Guardian family for a year. He enjoys working out at the gym, basketball, going to the movies and is a self-proclaimed foodie. Zackary is a very important part of the Guardian team because he enjoys learning and educating customers about the dangers of mold. His personal goal is to make people aware of the dangers of unhealthy air quality, how it can directly affect one’s health and to help create a safe home with remediation.
